Our Team
Robert Jennings is a third-generation automotive professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Having grown up in the business, Robert brings a lifelong understanding of dealership operations—backed by 15 years of success as a Finance Manager and Director, and 10 years of experience leading impactful training and development initiatives. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director of a high-performing Volvo dealership, where he helped drive profitability, compliance, and team growth.
Now serving as President of Automotive Intelligence Services, Robert specializes in the implementation of strategic training programs, AI-powered solutions, and modern F&I products designed to produce measurable results. His hands-on approach ensures training is not only delivered, but executed and sustained—improving performance across every department.
More than a consultant, Robert is a trusted advisor. He partners closely with dealer leadership to align training with operational goals, driving accountability, consistency, and long-term success.
